Probation given for DWI
In Judge Joe Carroll’s 27th District Court last week, Brian Stephen Ahearn, 54, of Lampasas received six years’ deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine for driving while intoxicated and felony repetition.
On a charge of assault causes bodily injury date/family/house, 30-year-old Mark Allen Robison of Lometa was given four years’ deferred probation and a $250 fine.
Kempner resident Ashley Lynn Norton, 29, received three years’ deferred probation for tamper/ fabricate physical evidence. She also must pay a $750 fine and $2,963 in restitution.
Darius LaShawn Wilson, 27, of Dallas failed to appear in court on a charge of theft over $1,500 two or more convictions any theft. A warrant was issued for his arrest, and bond was increased to $10,000.
Brian Clyde Powell, 29, of Lampasas also did not show up for court. His bond was increased to $10,000, and an arrest warrant was issued. Powell is charged with theft over $1,500 and under $20,000.
Shock probation was granted to Russell Lawrence Brown, 38, of Killeen for criminal non-support. He was placed on deferred adjudication probation.
Mark Evan Lancaster, 50, of Lampasas will have a pretrial hearing today for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
A motion to revoke hearing is today for 25-year-old Gregory James Serafin. He is charged with robbery.
A jury trial is set Monday for Kempner resident Paul Ryan Bishop, 28, for theft of a firearm.
For driving while intoxicated and felony repetition, Lampasan Doyle John Garrett, 38, is set to enter a plea July 15.
Arraignments are July 15 for Kyle Andrew O’Bier, 19, of Lampasas for theft over $1,500 and under $20,000; Ashley Regina Reece, 21, of Plano for fraudulent use/possession of identifying information; and Rheana Renee Hurst, 32, for forgery of a financial instrument.
Armando Maldonado, 52, of Lampasas is set for a July 15 pretrial hearing for assault family/house member impede breath/circulation.
A pretrial hearing is July 22 for Timothy Sandifer, 45, for theft over $1,500 two or more convictions any theft.
Arraignment is July 29 for Lisa Denise Allen, 45, of Copperas Cove for fraudulent use/possession of identifying information.
A July 29 pretrial hearing is set for Molly Roesler Lesley, 28, of Lampasas for sexual assault of a child.
Israel Alvarez, 24, of Lampasas will have a jury trial July 25 for possession of a controlled substance over one gram and less than four grams.
For aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, 17-year-old Kayla Taylor Hale of Lometa is to enter a plea Aug. 5.
Donald Ray Riggs, 29, of Lampasas will enter a plea Aug. 12 for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance over four grams and less than 200 grams.
For possession of a controlled substance less than one gram, Lampasas resident Craig Russell Lincoln, 30, will enter a plea Aug. 19.
A jury trial is Aug. 29 for Steven Ray Gant, 47, of Lampasas for bail jumping and failure to appear felony, and for driving while intoxicated third or more.
Sept. 12 jury trials are slated for Armando Garcia-Ramos, 25, of Nolanville for tamper/fabricate physical evidence; Octavio Carlos Garcia, 23, of Harker Heights for deadly conduct discharge firearm individuals; and Christopher Wayne Sykes, 28, of Odessa for aggravated robbery.
Domonique Deshoun Gatlin, 27, of Kempner is set for a Sept. 16 pretrial hearing for arson.
For unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, Charles Anthony Leigh, 34, of Lampasas is headed to a substance abuse felony program. He faces a Sept. 16 jury announcement.
